What is SMB HQ?
SMB HQ is an AI platform for sign companies. It gives your shop five AI agents (receptionist, sales, marketing, customer support and finance) that handle the busywork from first call to final payment.

Do I need all five agents?

Will the AI do things without my approval?
Not unless you allow it. Quotes, posts and anything involving money wait for your approval by default.
Is it available now?

Will customers know they're talking to AI?
Yes, it introduces itself as your shop's assistant. It sounds natural and hands off to a person whenever a caller asks.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. You forward your existing number, or only unanswered calls, so nothing changes for your customers.
What happens with urgent calls?
You set the rules. Urgent jobs or existing customers can be transferred to your cell right away.
Does it send quotes without my approval?
No. Quotes wait in an approval queue until you approve them. You can loosen that later if you choose.
Can it handle custom fabrication jobs?
It drafts the standard parts of the quote and flags anything custom for your estimator to price.
Will follow-ups annoy my customers?
You control the timing and tone. Follow-ups stop the moment a customer replies.
Does it post without asking me?
Not unless you want it to. By default every post and email waits for your approval.
Will it write fake reviews?
Never. It only asks your real customers for honest reviews and helps you reply to them.
Do I need a marketing person?
