Trial Period Terms:

  • The trial period begins on the date you sign up for the service.
  • No payment is required during the trial period.
  • If you choose to continue using our services after the trial, you will be required to select a payment option and payment as outlined below.

 2. Payment Structure

For all services rendered beyond the free trial period, we require either:

  • Milestone-Based Payment: Payments are made upon the completion of predefined milestones.
  • Hourly-Based Payment: Payments are made based on the number of hours worked.
  • Flat Rate Package: Payment based on the flat rate monthly, quarterly or yearly package plan.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any of our services, including but not limited to:

  • Team augmentation services
  • Custom software development 
  • Custom Integration 
  • Digital transformation services
  • Community membership fees

Once payment is processed for any service, it is non-refundable. We encourage you to take full advantage of the free trial period to ensure our services meet your expectations before committing to a paid plan.

4. Community Membership Fees

The community membership fee is also non-refundable. Members can access exclusive resources and benefits as part of their membership.

Cancellation of Membership:

  • Customers can cancel their community membership at any time through their billing portal.
  • Membership can be canceled on a monthly or yearly basis, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
